(NewsNation) —  A lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Christian “King” Combs of sexual assault and battery is “extortion at best,” “Hollywood Unlocked” CEO and founder Jason Lee said Friday on “CUOMO.”

Lee took a dig at the alleged victim’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn, calling him a “clown,” and accusing him of “using the system” to force celebrities to settle.

“He’s doing this new method of using the system to work against celebrities to put the most outrageous claims out there that they have to fight in the public while they lose everything and corner them into having to settle,” Lee said. “It should be illegal. It’s unethical and it’s an embarrassment that it’s a Black man doing it to Black people.”

Grace O’Marcaigh, a steward working on a yacht, alleged in a civil suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, that Christian, 26, forced her to take a “spiked” shot of tequila, groped her and then assaulted her, according to court documents.

“Like father, like son,” Blackburn, who represents O’Marcaigh, said Thursday night on NBC News. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”
