REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. (WEHT) – The search resumes for missing 8-month-old Miya Rudd, initially reported as Tucker.

After an unsuccessful search with cadaver dogs on Tuesday, officials did not search for Rudd on Wednesday. However, authorities have resumed the search on Friday.

Law enforcement officials were asked to check on the child on June 6. Authorities did not find the child when they conducted the check, and no one could say where she was. Since then, several people have been arrested either in connection with the search or on unrelated charges. Those arrested include Rudd’s parents, and both sets of grandparents. All eight people arrested have been booked.

KSP is requesting anyone with information regarding the missing child to contact KSP at 270-826-3312.

We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
