(NewsNation) — More than 8,000 users reported issues with Microsoft Outlook’s email services in the past 24 hours, according to Downdetector.
The software giant posted on X that it was deploying a fix.
The outage-monitoring website showed about 8,700 reports citing issues with Outlook as of noon CT on Monday.
Downdetector warned of scammers “attempting to rip off consumers” by offering fake support for Outlook. Anyone who has paid for support should contact their bank to report the charge as fraudulent.
