(NewsNation) — Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” Combs have been named in a lawsuit that accuses the younger Combs of sexual assault and battery on a yacht that was chartered by the music mogul in 2022.

Grace O’Marcaigh, a steward working on the yacht, alleged in a civil suit filed Thursday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, that Christian, 26, forced her to take a “spiked” shot of tequila, groped her and then assaulted her, according to court documents.

If you or someone you know needs help, please call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 800-656-4673.

The suit comes amid a mounting list of legal complaints against Diddy that allege abuse and sexual assault by multiple victims spanning over 30 years.

“Like father, like son,” attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who represents O’Marcaigh, said Thursday night to NBC News. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

Attorneys for O’Marcaigh did not immediately return requests for comment by NewsNation.

In her suit’s documents, O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, alleges she saw partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities.

“Plaintiff was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation,” the paperwork stated, adding that her interactions with Christian very quickly turned “sinister.”

O’Marcaigh alleges Christian “insisted” she take a shot of tequila and then started to kiss her neck and face as he groped her legs, breasts, anus and vagina.

Christian later cornered O’Marcaigh in a cinema room on the boat in a manner that was “extremely aggressive,” stripped off his clothes and tried to “force plaintiff to perform oral copulation,” the suit stated.

The lawsuit includes color photos showing bruises on O’Marcaigh’s arm she claims were caused by Christian.

The suit also stated that music producer Rodney Jones, who brought his own suit against Diddy alleging he coerced him to solicit and have sex with prostitutes, was on the yacht at the time and made audio recordings of O’Marcaigh asking Christian to stop touching her.

She says she complained to the ship’s captain, but the incident was not properly investigated. She alleges Diddy paid the captain a hefty tip as part of a “coverup,” reported Rolling Stone.

Christian is accused of assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. Diddy is accused of aiding and abetting the behavior and premises liability as the leaseholder on the yacht.

Neither Diddy nor Christian Combs have commented on the lawsuit.

The suit against the younger Combs comes one week after two homes belonging to his embattled father were raided by federal investigators.

While federal authorities have given sparse public comment as to what prompted the raids on the hip-hop mogul, NewsNation affiliate WPIX reported that it was part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation

Department of Homeland Security agents conducted the raids last week at Combs’ multimillion-dollar mansion in Los Angeles and his Miami waterfront home.

Christian and his half-brother Justin were handcuffed during the raid at their father’s residence in Los Angeles. Investigators seized phones belonging to Combs, though it is unclear how many devices were confiscated.

Combs has been slapped with five civil suits in the last five months, each containing a multitude of disturbing accusations.

Singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who had been in a decade-long relationship with Combs,  dropped a now settled bombshell lawsuit in New York federal court last November, alleging sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual battery, sexual assault and gender-motivated violence, among other causes of action.

In other lawsuits, a woman said the rap producer trafficked and raped her two decades ago when she was 17. Another woman said Combs filmed his sexual assault on her and later used it as “revenge porn” when she was a student at Syracuse University.

Combs has denied all the allegations.

Combs’ attorney Aaron Dyer called the raids “a witch hunt ” in a statement released one day later.

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” he said.

Christian appeared in good spirits as he posted videos of his 26th birthday celebration on Instagram Monday.

In one of the videos, Christian is dressed in a silver glitter shirt and diamond chain and is seen enjoying a lively party as a woman sits on his lap.

While Christian did not release an official statement following his father’s legal troubles, he posted “Stop with the (blue cap emoji),” on social media app last week according to HipHopDx.
