(NewsNation) —Bryan Kohberger, who is accused of killing four University of Idaho students, will appear Thursday for his last scheduled court hearing before his murder trial begins this summer.
This last hearing will hammer out remaining issues like the state’s effort to admit records that police obtained during their sprawling investigation, reported the Idaho Statesman.
These records include purchase histories, phone logs and a term paper written by Kohberger, 30, regarding the crime scenes, according to the outlet.
“This is a standard hearing where it’s really just sorting out the last issues before trial,” Nate Poppino, spokesperson for the state courts, told the outlet.

Judge Steven Hippler could also address jury instructions and questionnaires that will be sent to possible jurors prior to the hearing.
These items have been kept under seal away from the public eye.
Jury selection to find 12 jurors will begin in July and Kohberger’s trial is scheduled to start by the second week in August.
