Is Prince Harry going to write another tell-all about his court case?

(NewsNation) — There’s a new fear in Buckingham Palace.

A chill fell over the royals when Prince Harry, who had just attended an appeal hearing in the UK courts in an attempt to have his royal protection returned, told The Telegraph: “People would be shocked by what’s being held back,” adding that his “worst fears have been confirmed by the whole legal disclosure in this case and that’s really sad”.

”The phrase ‘people would be shocked’ is telling,” a source told me. “He does have another book left on his contract, and shocking people, it’s definitely a way to sell books. And he has a lot to say about these proceeds and his family’s involvement.”

Harry and his wife Meghan Markle sold a four book deal to Penguin Random House for $20 million. His gossipy autobiography, which spilled all the royal tea, “Spare,” did well, but Meghan’s children’s book flopped.

While he has previously claimed he is not writing another tell-all, sources say his mind could change — especially if the UK courts refuse to reinstall his royal security detail.

Prince Harry ‘exhausted, overwhelmed’ by legal process

Elsewhere in the exclusive interview, Harry “suggested that he could forgive a lot since 2016 – the year he met Meghan – but not what has been done during the legal process and why. He also suggested he was deeply unhappy with some of the evidence he had heard during the closed sittings of the court.”

As the hearing came to an end, he admitted he was “exhausted” and “overwhelmed” by the process, which has consumed him for several years.

Even if the Duke “wins” it may not be enough to get his security detail back as the royal commission, which denied it in the first place, may not rewrite its policy.

Adding to Harry’s ire is King Charles’ refusal to meet with or talk to him.

As I wrote last week, the rift between the two has widened into a seemingly insurmountable Gulf

Prince William wants ‘nothing to do’ with Prince Harry: Source

As Harry flew to England for the court hearing, there was a window where King Charles could have met with him before he and Queen Camilla left for a royal tour of Italy — but didn’t. It has also been reported that the last time Harry saw his father was in February of last year after the King announced he had cancer — and the King has since refused to take his son’s calls or return his letters since.

While the King may one day be open to reconciling (once the security issue is settled – but likely no sooner), Prince William is said to have closed the door on Harry.

“He wants nothing to do with him,” my source said.

The couple have steadfastly refused to talk to Harry and both William and Charles now have a rule that no one is ever to be alone with Harry — so if he does write anything, there will be witnesses as to what was said.

Reps for Harry and Buckingham Palace didn’t return emails for comment.
