(NewsNation) — Former President Donald Trump made an unannounced stop at a polling station in New Hampshire Tuesday, speaking to reporters about his campaign as the voting in the state’s primary is underway.

“He touted his widespread support: “There’s never been a movement like this, Make America Great Again, in the history of our country. I just stopped here. And I figured I’d see three or four people and maybe walk inside. And to see a crowd like this, and this is organic,” Trump told reporters in New Hampshire.

When asked about his opponent former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, Trump said he expects her to have a “big loss” in the state’s primary.

“The next state is Nevada, where I have 100%. Because they all pulled out when they looked at the polling. So I have 100%. A lot of delegates big state. And then I go to South Carolina, and I’m beating her by 60 points,” Trump said.

In the brief interaction, the former president highlighted his concerns about the border crisis, saying it is the country’s biggest issue right now.

“I think it’s one of the great tragedies in the history of our country. What they’ve done… either they’re very stupid, which I don’t believe they are, or they hate our country. It’s very simple. It can be nothing else, very stupid, or they hate our country to allow millions of people to come into our country totally unchecked, totally unvetted,” Trump said.
