(NewsNation) — A new video shows the panic among visitors at a Pennsylvania hospital as an injured former President Donald Trump arrived immediately following Saturday’s assassination attempt.
The video, obtained by the right-wing, Falun-Gong-backed newspaper The Epoch Times, shows a crowd gathered around a hospital window as the Secret Service escorted the former president into the building.
“Oh my God. Oh, Jesus,” a woman’s voice said before the crowd sounded relieved at the sight of Trump functioning well enough to walk.
“Oh, thank God,” one person said.
“He’s walking! He’s walking!” the man recording the video exclaimed.
The cameraman, Rick Foerster, was at the hospital with his wife after she became ill from the heat during the rally, the Toronto Sun reported.
Trump suffered an ear injury from the shooting. One rally attendee died and at least two others were injured, not including the gunman, whom the Secret Service killed.
