United Airlines flight diverts to Denver for cracked windshield: FAA

DENVER (KDVR) — A United Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Washington, D.C. was diverted to Denver International Airport due to a cracked windshield Saturday.

The Federal Aviation Administration said it was heading to Dulles International Airport from Harry Reid International Airport

The plane landed safely in Denver around 1:10 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Customers deplaned normally after the flight and boarded onto another plane, according to United.

The Boeing 737-800 plane had 173 people onboard, with 166 passengers and 7 crew members.
