CHICAGO — Police are asking for help in the search for an 11-year-old girl who officers say has been missing for nearly three weeks.

According to Chicago police, 11-year-old Ariane Tillman was last seen on Friday, May 24, in the 4500 block of South Drexel, in the city’s Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side. The young girl has not been seen since.

Officers say Tillman, who has brown eyes and black hair, stands 4-foot-5 and weighs around 70 pounds.

Police did not provide any information about what the missing girl was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Officers notified the public about the girl’s disappearance in a news release sent out on Monday afternoon.
