KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Get out your tissues!

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce broke his silence on his brother Jason Kelce’s retirement from the NFL in Wednesday’s New Heights episode.

In the episode, Travis got emotional while talking about what life in the league would look like without his brother playing anymore.

“In this game alone, you’ve always been a step ahead of me and it’s always been like I’ve had that flotation device right there,” Travis Kelce said, while getting emotional.

“To have you out of it man, it feels empty. And it definitely feels like it’s complete, you know, it was a success.”

After taking a moment to compose himself, Travis continued to pay tribute to the Philadelphia Eagles’ newly retired center.

“It was a fun a** journey to watch… Like I said yesterday, man, I just appreciate you showing me the way and bringing us all on the journey with you,” Travis said. “It was cool being the tag team with you.”

Jason officially announced his retirement in an emotional press conference in Philadelphia on Monday.

Travis, along with Donna Kelce, Ed Kelce, and Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, filled the front row to support the 13-year veteran.

As for now, there is no word on Jason’s next adventure besides spending time with his family.
